ScreenMaster - capture your desktop with ease
There are times when you may need to capture your PC desktop and save it as an image file. The reasons for this are various. You either need to show an error message of an application to its developer or you just need to store a certain message that you may need to recall later on. The problem is that the Windows operating system doesn't include a reliable way of capturing the desktop. You will first need to copy the captured image into the clipboard, then paste it into MS Paint and after that, save it as an image file. This process may become extremely lengthy in case you need to capture several desktop images. Not to mention the fact that you cannot capture certain areas of your screen and you will need to crop them manually later on.
A program which offers you just this is ScreenMaster. This simple Windows program allows you capture your screen in various ways and save it as an image file, in the quickest and easiest way possible. The program is very simple to install, as a few clicks are enough to complete this process. After installing and running the program, the user will notice that the interface includes a lot of features for capturing the desktop. Unfortunately, they are all located in the same tab and, as such, some users may find the program a bit crowded at first.
The desktop can be captured in several ways, either full screen, active window or a certain area. Besides that, the program allows automatic capturing of the desktop at certain time intervals. What's more, the user can configure the graphical format and the visual quality of the final captured image file. After making all the necessary settings, one can capture the screen either by using the mouse or by accessing a key combination.
By accessing the settings tab, the user can set ScreenMaster to run together with Windows and also to run minimized. He can also customize the key combination from this tab.
